Buying & Merchandising Administrator (3-6 months)

We are Sosandar. Based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, we’re one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish women; worn by celebs and influencers galore. We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as an Office Manager.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Buying & Merchandising Administrator to join us on a full-time, fixed-term basis (3-6 months). This role will report directly into the Merchandising team and provide administrative support to both our Merchandising and Buying teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the Merchandising and Buying team.
  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders appropriately and accurately updating key merchandising systems to ensure they reflect changes agreed.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience raising Purchase Orders (PO’s)
