Pricing and Margin Management:

  • Set competitive pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and cost considerations while maintaining target margins.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and adjustments to respond to market dynamics, promotional activities, and sales performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal transitions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse sales performance, inventory metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and identify areas for improvement.
