We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an equally exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as the eCommerce Marketplace Manager.
This role is pivotal to driving our continued growth and requires someone with marketplace experience, a strong commercial acumen, and boundless energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of developing, onboarding, and managing all UK and international marketplace relationships.
- Assume responsibility for all marketplace key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive commercial performance to have a positive impact on our profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Identify tactical opportunities with marketplaces to achieve incremental growth.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce, Marketing, and Operational teams to contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy.
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers, leveraging their feedback to identify and implement new ideas, processes, and experiences that contribute to the ongoing success of our marketplace strategy.
- Ensure smooth integration with all parties involved, continually refining operational performance to meet customer and marketplace expectations.
- Analyze customer data to gain insights into their behavior and identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Identify customer pain points, concerns, and feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating an eCommerce brand in UK and international marketplaces, with a particular focus on Ireland, Europe, and the US (essential).
- Ideally, experience in the fashion sector.
- Demonstrated experience in onboarding and managing marketplace relationships.
- Strong understanding of direct integration between eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento) and marketplace integration partners (e.g., Mirakl, Channel Advisor).
- Ability to showcase how best practices drive marketplace performance.
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail, and the ability to work at a fast pace.
