Delivery
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Sosandar offers a range of delivery options. Standard UK Delivery 3-5 working days - £4.99. Express UK Delivery 1-2 working days (92% are delivered the very next day) - £5.99. Next Day Delivery, delivered the next day (excluding weekends). You can check out all our services on the Delivery page.
- Which courier do you use?
We use Evri and Royal Mail as our delivery providers.
- Do I pay a delivery cost for each item?
No, we only charge one delivery fee per order.
- What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
If you are not at home when the courier delivers, the courier will normally leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery for a convenient time.
- Is a signature required on delivery?
If you opt for the Standard Delivery or Express Delivery services, a signature is not required.
- What do I do if the tracking states delivered but I haven't received my order?
Double check with your immediate neighbours and in any safe places around your property. Your parcel may have been delivered elsewhere, and whilst we appreciate Royal Mail should always leave a calling card to explain their actions, we’re aware that sometimes they might forget to do so. If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please let contact our customer service team.
