- What is your returns policy?
Extended Returns Policy – COVID-19: The last thing we want you to be worrying about during these uncertain times is how you will return your Sosandar order! So to help we’ve extended our returns policy. You will now have 14 days from the end of the ‘lockdown’ period when you can go out to the Post Office again to return your items. We will of course make additional exceptions on a case-by-case basis where necessary.
- How do I return an item?
To return items to us, please use the dispatch notes and returns labels from your original parcel. Attach the label to the outside of your parcel and post at your local Post Office or nearest Collect Plus store. Make sure you obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.

- Once I've returned an item, when do I get my refund?
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Returned orders from within the UK can take up to 10 days to be received and processed. For items being returned from outside the UK we will process the refund within 10 days of receiving the items back to us.
- Do I have to pay the postage charge for returning my item/s?
No. All returns are free of charge, providing you use the methods outlined on the order confirmation you received with your order. There are various returns services available. Full details of the services are on the Returns page.
- I've received my refund notification email, but can't see the funds in my bank account. How long does this take?
Depending on your bank, funds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account after receiving your email notification. For any purchases made using PayPal, funds can take up to 3 working days to appear in your PayPal account.
- I've lost my sales invoice/returns label, how can I get a new one?
- I have returned my order but I forgot to include my sales invoice/returns slip.
It's helpful if you always include your sales invoice, however as long as you used one of the pre-paid returns labels that we provided you with, your refund will be processed automatically. The barcode that’s printed on the label is unique to your order, and once scanned in our system will be able to recognise which order it relates to. However, it's important keep hold of your proof of postage just in case.
