Marketing Executive

We are Sosandar – one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands for stylish women; worn by celebs and influencers galore. We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as Marketing Executive.

This is what you’ll do:

  • Support the Marketing Manager across all digital and traditional marketing channels, which will include:
    • Support with the planning, briefing and execution of our print assets (including our brochures and inserts) - liaising with key suppliers (agencies, printers & mailing houses), ensuring plans are executed within budget and to the required deadlines
    • Work closely with our in-house creative team to brief in copy and assets for use across all channels - ensuring they’re visually engaging and on brand
    • Work closely with our external paid media agency, reviewing digital campaigns to ensure they align with the core objectives of the business
    • Work with our media agency on the planning, scheduling, and execution of our TV ads – working to clear deadlines and within budget
    • Help to grow our affiliate channel, reviewing monthly performance and sharing opportunities for growth
    • Support with the updating of homepage content
  • Support the Email Campaign Manager in the day-to-day planning and execution of our email marketing communications
    • Core to the role will be implementing key email marketing strategies alongside building and scheduling emails (both daily sends and automated programmes)
    • Regularly reviewing sales reports, along with other data sources including website and email analytics to identify potential email themes and marketing opportunities

Who we’re looking for:

We need someone who is creative and self-motivated with a heartfelt passion for fashion & marketing. You will have:


  • At least 2 years’ experience across a broad mix of marketing channels (both digital and traditional); ideally from a fashion background but not essential
  • An enthusiastic and energetic ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic
  • Strong organisational skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast paced, exciting environment while juggling multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • Able to use own initiative and make effective decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Analytical skills to draw insight from various data sources; sharing reports as and when required
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Be adaptable to last minute changes and feedback
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our exciting team


  • Experience in fashion retail ecommerce
  • Experience of working with email (DotDigital Engagement Cloud preferable)
  • An intuitive grasp of brand and customer
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Magento 2 CMS
