Do you want to work in the glamorous world of fashion and fast paced digital media? Well, we are Sosandar – a chic, new and exciting online fashion destination for stylish women – and we have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing digital team as a Marketing Assistant.

Reporting to the Brand Relationships & PR Manager, this is what you’ll do:

  • With direction from the Brand Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for the scheduling, daily maintenance and content creation for our organic social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest – increasing followers across all platforms. Regularly reporting on the performance of these channels while continuously testing to maximise results
  • Implement our organic social media content strategy, scheduling release of content at optimal times, being accountable for scheduling posts on time and accurately while monitoring engagement and providing feedback for every post
  • Ensure all content calendars across social are in line with the brand vision and business commercial goals
  • Support the Brand Relationships Manager maintaining and pro-actively developing Celebrity, Stylist and Influencer relationships
  • Support the BRM in the process of responding to Celebrity, Editorial, Stylist and TV call outs, with the flexibility of needing to travel when required
  • Support the BRM in the running and management of influencer campaigns
  • Keep aligned with social trends and topics, identifying new opportunities and avenues to test
  • Review sales reports, along with other data sources including website and email analytics to identify potential social media themes and content
  • Build a positive, strong rapport with the wider teams to support their objectives through content delivery
  • Frequent brand competitor research and analysis to generate new ideas, concepts, and areas for growth
  • Use initiative and creativity to bring new ideas to the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to ongoing improvements

Who we’re looking for:

We need someone who is creative and self-motivated and is a social media guru! You will have:


  • Experience in organic social media and planning/scheduling posts; ideally from a fashion background but not essential
  • A passion for social media and storytelling with an understanding of all social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and You Tube
  • An enthusiastic and energetic ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic
  • Strong organisational skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast paced, exciting environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects with good prioritisation skills - Able to quickly adapt to last minute changes and feedback
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our exciting team
  • Ability to use own initiative and make effective decisions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
