Ecommerce Executive

Do you know eCommerce and Magento like the back of your hand?

We’re looking for someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm, along with a love of fashion and impeccable attention to detail, to work in our busy eCommerce team!

This is what you’ll do:

· Day to day management of the online store using Magento

· Uploading new product

· Liaising with buyers to ensure product categories are perfect

· Visual Merchandising of the site

· Asset management; Samples, Copy and Images are collated ahead of launches

What we need from you;

· Passion for Fashion!

· Highly organised

· Great attention to detail

· Hands on experience with Magento, and are able to comfortably navigate the platform and upload products and make site changes

· Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and sales reports

· Super positive, energetic and enthusiastic with a creative mind, bursting with ideas and the drive

· Experience in the fashion industry

· An enthusiastic & energetic, ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic

· An excellent attention to detail & quality

· An intuitive grasp of brand with a ‘customer first’ approach

· Strong organisation skills: self-directed & capable of working effectively in a fast paced, exciting environment while juggling multiple projects

Customer Service Manager

Do you know how to deliver impeccable service and deal well under pressure?

We’re looking for someone with bags of energy and enthusiasm, along with a love of fashion and impeccable levels of Customer Service to manage our busy Customer Service team!

This is what you’ll do:

· Day to day management of the Customer Service team

· Manging staff; rotas, priorities and development

· Assisting the Customer Service team, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador

· Liaising with external partners to ensure output is consistent and we’re not meeting but exceeding customer expectation

· Overhaul the phone and email systems

· Implement a system management solution

· Comfortable accessing; Magento, Google Analytics for key insights to lead decision making

· Look at how we extend our service hours to ensure customer needs are met and productivity is managed

What we need from you;

· A passion for delivering incredible Customer Service

· Highly organised

· Great attention to detail

· Hands on experience in an online retail website customer service team

· Methodical solutions to small and large issues

· An enthusiastic & energetic, ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic

Experience in the fashion industry is desirable.
