UK Returns Made Simple
We know that Sosandar is the ideal place to buy that ‘just right’ Christmas gift. We can give you the confidence to order items from us in case they need to be returned with our extended return guarantee. Rather than the usual 14-day return period, orders placed from Monday, November 3rd 2025 up to December 23rd can be returned up to January 10th 2026. Orders placed after December 23rd will be subject to our standard returns policy of 14 days . :
- You have 14 days from delivery to return your items.
- A small £2 return fee per order is deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
- Earrings & face coverings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Want a different size or colour? Simply place a new order — we don’t offer direct exchanges.

- Select your items – choose what you’re returning and why
- Pick your return method – Evri or Royal Mail
- Get your QR code or label – download, print, or use a QR code (depending on your chosen method)
- Take to your chosen location and keep your receipt as proof of return.
