We know that our customers, like us, care deeply about making sure they shop responsibly, so we wanted to let you what’s happening behind the scenes here at Sosandar.

Our warehousing and distribution provider are making sure they are going above and beyond to protect the health and safety of all employees. Extensive hygiene/cleaning procedures and all the correct social distancing protocols are in place across our site, in line with Government guidance.

Our head office team is also continuing to do an incredible job from their homes, and we are so thankful that they, our partners and you continue to support us through these very difficult times.

International Update

Our last day for taking orders for international delivery was 16th December.

Deliveries placed before then are largely continuing as normal, but due to the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19, we are seeing delays of 24-72 hours to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place.

Free UK Exchanges - Just Launched!

Great news, to make shopping even easier with Sosandar we now offer exchanges for UK customers! You can choose to exchange for a different size if you want the same style in the same colour. Just complete the enclosed form from your parcel and pop into your parcel along with your original invoice and return to us using the free UK returns label provided. We will then send your exchange out with free standard delivery.

Other things to note…

We can only deliver your exchange to the same delivery address as your original order

If your chosen size is out of stock, you’ll automatically be given a refund

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them with the tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable

You have 14 days from receipt to return the item to us for a refund or exchange




Any orders placed after 1st November 2020 have until 15th January 2021 to be returned.


If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return the item/s unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For further details please see your delivery note. This is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

In the interest of hygiene, earrings & face coverings are non-returnable.


Peel off and use the Royal Mail returns label received with your order and attach to your parcel .

1. Complete the Postal Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.

2. Make sure you obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.

3. Once we've received your parcel it can take up to 10 working days to process your refund.

4. If you've lost your returns label, click here to download a new one to print at home.





Visit to find your nearest CollectPlus store.  

1. Attach the CollectPlus label you received with your order to your parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered.

2. Take your parcel to any CollectPlus store, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to retain until we email confirmation your refund has been processed.

3. Once we've received your parcel it can take up to 10 working days to process your refund.


European and International Returns


Ensure your item/s are securely wrapped and insert your completed Postal Returns Note.

1. Post the parcel at your local Post Office and make sure you obtain a 'Proof of Postage' certificate which you should retain until you've received your refund.

Please allow up to 30 working days for refunds to reach the UK and be processed.
