UK Returns Made Simple
At Sosandar, we understand that sometimes you need to return an item. Don’t worry. We offer a range of return options. All the information you need to return your item(s) is shown below. Our standard returns policy is 14 days. Occasionally, you may find that your item is not perfect. Please get in touch with the team to see how they can help before starting a return.
- You have 14 days from delivery to return your items.
- A small £2 return fee per order is deducted from your refund to cover return postage.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.
- If your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before arranging a return so they can advise how to proceed and provide support.
- Earrings & face coverings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Want a different size or colour? Simply place a new order — we don’t offer direct exchanges.

- Take to your chosen location and keep your receipt as proof of return.
