What do I need to do to return an item?
Simply visit our Sosandar International Returns Portal. You'll need to enter your email address and order number and then follow the steps.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number will be shown on your order confirmation e-mail. The subject line will be "Order confirmed - Sosandar by Global-e - order number GEXXXXXXXXXX".
Can I get an exchange?
We don’t do exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please send the original back and re-order.
How long will it take for me to get a refund?
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the items back. Please note, this is in addition to the time taken by the courier to return the item to us (see table above).
