If you are contacting us about a return you have made, please note that we are experiencing a delay in receiving your parcels. We recommend that you refer to the tracking reference from your returns receipt to check the progress of your return. As soon as we are in receipt of your return, we will process your refund/exchange as quickly as possible. You will receive an email to notify you once your refund has been issued.
